This custom kitchen renovation required us to move the existing half bath over approx. 5 ft. to accommodate for the new kitchen layout. A 16 ft steel beam was needed to carry the second floor. We’re thankful for this seamless project execution.
The new farmhouse-style kitchen has all the bells and whistles including a beautiful soapstone sink, all original wide pine flooring to compliment the cottage kitchen style, and an island that doubles as not only a fridge, but also a microwave built-in.
The local cabinet makers did a nice job with the walnut island top and heart pine hutch. The contrasting hues and patterns really come together to give this home a cozy, unpretentious feel.
