DiPierro and Brown constructed this multi-family home in a previous build. South Boston has been booming and seeing this distressed property come back to life with high end finishes, energy efficiency and a maintenance free exterior is just what we like to see. Our client really enjoyed seeing it as well! They saw their investment take shape and decided to extend their units living space to a 4th floor addition.
