This home renovation located in Winthrop MA, DiPierro & Brown Construction Inc., completed a design build gut renovation and complete exterior remodel of a 1900 Victorian style home. The home was a two-family and the client wanted to use the home as a single-family, while retaining all new utilities of a two-family. It was a huge project where we added features such as all new central air and high end finishes throughout, coffered ceilings and custom trim.
