New Multi Family, Southie

Wanting a new multi family in Boston a couple from Silicon Valley, CA needed to relocate for work and were referred to DiPierro & Brown. We helped them plan the project and work with an architect to start, then we designed and built them exactly what they were looking for. This included a full interior and exterior renovation of a three story, two-family 3200 sq. ft building and a rear addition with a basement. The home included custom features such as a gourmet kitchen, built-in closets, and tile and glass work. We also added a lighted roof deck in the rear with composite and rod iron balconies and spiral staircases. The home is an energy efficient green building to the maximum HERS efficiency. The total project value was $890,000.
