Victorian in Dorchester

This lovely Victorian was on-boarded by D&B as a fire damaged full renovation right before the COVID-19 Pandemic. A full gut rehab was the only option. D&B was able to bring this severely damaged and outdated home back to life for our clients through the intense building challenges of the a pandemic. The owners worked with our firm to add all the modern touches needed but keeping that original style and flare they desired. Over 3500 sq. ft. makes this a gem in the desirable Dorchester area.
